Lifecasting has quickly become one of my favorite processes, at times it can be difficult as you are fighting against the clock but it is extremely rewarding to see the end result.
Here you can see the first ever Lifecast I created while at college using Neills Materials Key Cast alginate it is a smooth, lump-free consistency, and it comes in a range of setting speeds including 3-5 minute, and 7-9-minute setting speed versions.



Used here is Herculite 2 which is a popular general-purpose plaster. It is fast setting so good for building up large molds or as a case mold for silicone matrix or brush-up molds.

Chavant NSP was my most popular choice for prosthetics sculpture when I first started. It is wax-based and is available in soft, medium, and hard.
