I will never turn down the chance to pull out my face paints! I fondly remember the times when I would team up with my mum to help at the local community events, where our shared passion for creativity blossomed into something truly special. It was during these events that I discovered the transformative power of makeup, not just as an art form but as a way to bring smiles to the faces of children and adults alike. I was only 16 years old when I first started to assist her, and I can still vividly recall the excitement that surged through me as I prepared my brushes and paints, eagerly anticipating the delighted reactions of those who would sit in my chair. Each stroke of the brush felt like a magical experience, as I transformed ordinary faces into whimsical characters and fantastical creatures. The sense of community and the joy we spread through our art made those moments unforgettable, and they continue to inspire me to this day.

Now, at 24, I'm still rocking those painting skills I picked up way back when, infusing a touch of the same magic into the work I take on these days. It’s fascinating to reflect on how those formative experiences in my artistic journey have not only influenced my techniques but also shaped my overall creative vision. Each brushstroke I apply carries a whisper of the past, echoing the lessons learned from countless hours spent experimenting with colors, textures, and styles. The joy I felt as a child, discovering the vibrant world of art, continues to fuel my passion and inspires me to explore new mediums and concepts.
